We accept returns for products purchased directly from Hanli Creation through our website, subject to the following conditions:

Timely Return: You must initiate the return process within 10 days from the date of your delivery. We are unable to accept returns after this time period.
Purchase Order Number: When requesting a return, please provide the Purchase Order number you received when you placed your order on our website.
Product Condition: We accept returns for Clothing & Accessories , if they were purchased through our website, and:

The product has been physically damaged during shipping, or
You identify unusual defects in the product upon receiving it.
Product must be in unused condition to be eligible for return.

Initiating a Return

To begin the return process, please follow these steps:

Refund Process

Refunds will be made to the source mode used for the purchase after a thorough investigation and a final decision by Manju Creation. Refund will be processed within 7-10 days and credited within 15-20 days. Please allow up to 15-20 days for the reimbursement credit to appear in your bank account.

We do not support returns for products purchased from third-party retailers or other platforms. Our return policy exclusively covers purchases made directly through our website.
