Returns & Refunds

We are committed to your satisfaction and aim to make returns worry-free.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for products purchased directly from Manju Creation through our website, subject to the following conditions:

  • Timely Return: Initiate the return within 10 days from the date of delivery. Returns aren’t accepted after this period.
  • Purchase Order Number: Provide the order number received when you placed your order.
  • Product Condition: Clothing & Accessories purchased on our website are eligible if:
    • The product was physically damaged during shipping, or
    • You identify unusual defects upon receiving it.
    Products must be in unused condition to qualify.

Initiating a Return

To begin the return process, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our Customer Service team during business hours (Mon–Sat, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST) via WhatsApp at +91 70218 17978.
  • Provide your Purchase Order Number when you contact us.
  • Once eligibility is confirmed, we will issue a Return Authorization Number and detailed return instructions.

Refund Process

Refunds will be made to the original payment method after a thorough review and final decision by Manju Creation.

  • Processing Window: 7–10 days after approval.
  • Credit Timeline: Typically reflected within 15–20 days (bank processing times may vary).

Additional Information
  • We do not support returns for products purchased from third-party retailers or other platforms; our policy covers only purchases made on our website.
  • Manju Creation is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To exchange the same item:

Shipping & Delivery

How we process, pack, and deliver your orders with care.

How does the delivery process work?

Once your order is confirmed, our warehouse team prepares invoices and sends your products for a final quality check. After passing QC, they are packed securely and handed over to our trusted delivery partners. If they can’t reach your address or a suitable time, they’ll contact you to resolve it.

How are items packaged?

We wrap products in protective bubble wrap and then pack them using sturdy, hardbound cardboard boxes. We use industry-standard packaging materials and tools.

Where do we ship?

We ship throughout India! International shipping is launching soon.

How can I track my order?

After dispatch, you will receive an email with the tracking number and courier details. You can track your package within 24 hours of dispatch.

Estimated delivery time

We usually dispatch most orders within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days depending on your location.

Shipping charges

Currently, we do not charge for shipping/delivery. If that changes, it will be reflected on the product detail page.

International shipping

At present, we ship only within India. We’re working on starting international delivery soon.
